Roadzen has partnered with Cimarron Underwriters, LLC to expand its insurance offerings across all 50 U.S. states by leveraging Cimarron’s nationwide MGA licenses and infrastructure.

Cimarron Underwriters, through its subsidiaries—Cimarron Insurance Company and Cimarron Brokerage Company—offers a broad range of insurance, risk management, and financing solutions to business owners and individuals. Its brokerage division operates nationwide as a general agency affiliated with Cimarron Insurance Company, serving as the exclusive access point for licensed agents, brokers, and program managers offering Cimarron products.

Roadzen’s business model delivers AI-driven solutions across two key segments: Technology Solutions (Insurance as a Service) and Risk Solutions (Brokerage).

Through this partnership, Roadzen will utilise Cimarron’s brokerage licenses and platform to establish and expand its U.S. brokerage operations. Cimarron will oversee agent appointments, production, and premium placements with carriers, while Roadzen will manage underwriting, sales, accounting, and claims processing via its global technology platform.

Additionally, the partnership enables Roadzen to onboard reinsurance and insurance partners, enabling it to remain asset-light and avoid assuming underwriting risk.

This approach provides a comprehensive, integrated platform for fleets, carmakers, dealerships, and other partners. The U.S. brokerage market has shown strong revenue and margin growth, and we are excited to develop this market alongside Cimarron. With their nationwide brokerage licenses, we look forward to serving existing and new clients as well as forging partnerships with insurers.”
